I would try them. I always told my kids and grandkids « try it you might like it ». In our family we have all discovered something good that we thought we wouldn’t like. Bacon/maple ice cream is now a favourite of one of my grandkids who was convinced she wouldn’t like it.

For me it not a matter of I won't try it, it's a matter of don't want to. Unless it's mint chocolate chip, I'm not eating it! It's the only ice cream I've eaten for years. Just not an ice cream person, so only have it every few months.

One would think, things that aren't sweet would not make good ice cream. Mac and Cheese sounds totally gross. But I would try the blueberry, cherry and wedding cake flavors.
