Default March finishes

Pink one is for a friend who turned 50 in February. It took a little longer to finish the top then expected so I will be shipping it to her later this month after I quilt it. Still trying to figure out how I want to quilt it. This one measures a 96” square.

The horse one is a donation quilt for a horse therapy organization here in town. It goes up for auction in May.

The last two are for friends sons just because I wanted to make them a quilt. Devin and his parents ride motocross for fun and I got to meet this amazing 16 year old in February for the first time. I knew he enjoyed this activity so I had this one planned for a couple years. Now done and ready to head south! Yay!

The green and white one is for a 16 year old I haven’t seen in years so I used his school mascot & colors on his quilt. He’s active at school playing sports and things so I figured it would work. I had a tension mishap on his original quilt from a few years ago and still have yet to tackle fixing it so I just started over and came up with this one.

These last three are are 72” squares.

Thanks for looking. I’m off to figure out how to quilt the pink one and load more planting onto my batting bat. That’s a two hour project in itself. lol

I love them all but my favorites are the first and last. Is the bull dog a printed square or did you appliqué? Please tell how you did it. His teammates will all be envious! Well done!
