Default Double Wedding Ring Quilt

I made this quilt several years ago using the Quiltsmart printed interfacing. The layout is mine. It is a king size. I made it for our oldest granddaughter for her wedding. Unfortunately, or fortunately, however you might think of this, she and her fiancé broke up before the wedding.

I'm going to make another DWR with the same layout and with the same printed interfacing out of fabrics that look somewhat vintage. With the amount of "negative" space, this quilt went together quite easily.

What a beautiful DWR! I love your design. I have never seen on done this way. This tops the cake so to speak.

What a pretty modern take on DWR. I have one my grandmother made in the 50's. It's not modern lol
