Your quilt is absolutely jaw dropping beautiful. I could never make something like that in a zillion years. I would be over the moon if I could make something like that. Thanks for sharing it with us. I love the color combos you used in it & the unique border & the layout of the blocks..

Thank you all so much for you fabulous compliments :-). If anyone is interested there is a Facebook page dedicated to making this quilt, and they are currently doing a block of the month quilt-along. Really, it’s easy, and mostly all in the preparation, lol. Just do it one bite at a time :-).

My very favorite block in the world and you did a wonderful job. I've been searching for a pattern that's done without paper piecing - there was a time when there was no such thing as pp and this pattern was popular anyway.
With a lot of hard work I made ONE block, and it turned out okay and made me happy just to have gotten that accomplished. I can't begin to imagine how proud and excited you must have been when you looked at your beauty of a Beauty and thought "I did that". Congratulations. price match
