Yes, I've joined in the Bonnie Hunter Mystery and thoroughly enjoyed it. How many? Depends on what's going on in life at the moment! I would do more if I had more free time.

No, I don't envision them as being much fun.

In 2021, I joined three Quilting Board sampler quilt-alongs in the Quilting Challenges forum (my first samplers). None of them are finished, as I bit off more than I could chew. But I intend to finish them, and probably won't join any more, at least for awhile (until other unfinished projects are completed). I found them quite fun. I find the Bonnie Hunter mystery to be extremely fun each year, even though they are very time consuming for me; since I started several years ago I haven't been able to resist joining, but maybe this will be the year I resist (eye roll).

Nope, haven't done any QALs. I might do one in the future, but not if it's a mystery.

I got back into quilting after a long hiatus in 2020 with the Laundry Basket Quilts Mystery Quilt (California). But I was late to the process and didn’t even start until after the reveal. I have since also done the LBQ Mystery in 2021 (Michigan) and 2022 (Montana).

I have also done the Bonnie Hunter Mystery Quilt from 2020-21 (Grassy Creek) and 2021-22 (Rhododendron Trail). I have really enjoyed following the quilt along for the BH quilts here on Quiltingboard. I am currently quilting Rhodendron Trail and will then quilt Montana. Then all of these will be complete actual quilts!

No. I like working at my own pace.

I do not work on group projects. A pattern or idea needs to appeal to me and I go where my inspiration leads.
