SusieQOH....I'm one of those strange people who only need about 3 or 4 hours sleep a night. Then I go downstairs to my sewing room, watch TV and sew my little heart out. I'll need a nap about 1 pm for about 45 minutes and then I'm up and going again. I very seldom "crash and burn". My body is strange to say the least!!
