    Default Log cabin variation finished

I saw a picture of a quilt made in this pattern posted on this website, I believe. I though it was really cool, so I copied the pattern in a scrappy version. I have tons of 1-1/2" strips cut from scraps, so this was just the perfect pattern to use up some of them.

Oh wow. That is different. I really like it a lot. What a great way to use up scraps.

That's a great looking quilt. I'm so amazed at how many ways a log cabin can be made. Thanks!

Oooh, I like that! I also like Toogie's name for it - high rise log cabin.

That is so neat! I too love Toogies description of it. Well done and I love all the scrappy fabrics.

A very modern vibe from a very traditional block. Amazing results.
