Had lots of interruptions and couldn’t concentrate so got just a little done. Also had car problems; frustration and wasting time waiting on help. Did collect patterns and fabrics.

still haven’t decided whether to undo and fix or quilt the hills out of it.

sure enjoyed all your posts

Productive VQW for me. Finished the quilt for PL and ths morning put the last stitch on the baby quilt. Have another panel to glue baste but we are at the beginning of the monsoon season so humidity level is too high to glue baste. Instead will grab a UFO in pieces to try and get it assembled.

I posted my Moda Blockheads 4 progress over in PICTURES. I couldn’t figure out how to attach it to this thread.

Grrrrr. I am frustrated with this site at the moment. It won't let me reply to posts or add photos. I have to use a different browzer just for this site.. Also not getting daily posts any longer. Yup, reported. but no response except it must be my problem even though others on this site have mentioned the same situation. My rant over.

Anyway, I have finished two of my three tasks for the week-end. (The blue quilt really is square, the wind caught it and so it looks rather wavey. ) And after this post I will return to my sewing room to work on the Piecing the Past quilt that has been on my quilt wall for too many months. Sashing then setting triangles! I am extending my weekend. Tee-Hee-Hee

Enjoying the finishes and the progress of so many of you! Congrats!!

Thanks for the info, I did get a little quilting time but not as much as I hoped, worked on some scrappy denim blocks trying to use up 2 1/2" squares. Will post some pictures as soon as I figure out how to do that from my phone.

Default Scrappy Denim Blocks

Here's my project that I worked on this weekend, I have 27 blocks made so far and a few more to go still. This is just a rough unorganized layout of the blocks, I may put sashing in between each block but haven't decided what I'm going to do yet.
I should have been working on one of my ufo's but sometimes I need to do a project where I don't have to think at all.

This little quilt was my project for VQW. I had leftover blocks from a couple Sassy Animals panels so I framed them with black, then added sashing and borders. I need to find a backing for it but I can't make up my mind on that. Any suggestions? The colors in the quilt are much more vibrant than they appear in the photo.
