    Thank you for the welcome and for appreciation of my efforts, it may be obvious that at some point I ran out of time and patients, because at "design time" it was more or less symmetrical.

    I made my 2 grandsons graduation quilts using many star blocks back in 2014 & 2016. Boys/guys are soooo hard to buy/make for, aren't they? Most blocks came to me thru a block swap. Then did 4 grandaughters quilts using more variety of blocks. I have blocks done for last grandaugher & very soon have to get started sewing together, deciding on a back & off to quilter.

    Make it graphic ( geometric) and use fabrics such as plaids & checks or that read as solids. Those are never grownnout of.
