Default Does anyone use a walking foot on a Singer 201?

Hi All, I've finished my LC quilt top and am almost ready to put the sandwich together. Just waiting on the batting to ship. I purchased a walking foot for my 201 that is supposed to be correct for the machine. I have tested it out and it does work great, but I do have one question. What is everyone's opinion on stiches per inch when quilting with one? I don't think I ever messed with that when quilting with a walking foot on my Brother.

I've went with 8, 10 was too many, 6 was not enough. Hope that helps!
