I used a circle ruler to make the flower motif in the star block and embellished it with free motion design that look kind of like Japanese Noshi ribbons. I also replicated that Noshi ribbon motif in the border around the cross hatched diamonds. The swirls and squared off leaf fronds in the alternate block that looks like sashing were freehand but I did mark a center line for the fronds and registration points where I wanted the swirls so they would stay somewhat symmetrical.
Wow! Another example of an ordinary quilt becoming extraordinary due to the talent of an amazing quilter. Just curious how long the quilting took.

Another simply gorgeous quilt. As another free motion Innova quilter, I want to be you when I grow up.

Thank you Feline Fantatic for returning to the Board and sharing your glorious quilting work with us, again. This quilt is simply stunning. I want to be a student of your expertise and will study this thoroughly. Your quilt is beautiful in it's design but your quilting surely brings it to life - fantastic work! Thanks for sharing.
