Default Koala Cub machine surface not level...help

    Hi
I inherited a Koala cabinet from my mother. From this forum I figured out how to raise and lower the machine surface. I just push down to lower. To raise I just put my hand under the surface and lift up.
My question is - the surface that the machine sits on is not level it is like it was pressed too hard in one corner and now is not level. Is there a way to correct this problem.
    thanks,
    Christine

I have the same problem with the lift on mine but did I overlook something in that manual? I didn't find anything about troubleshooting, only how to set up the cabinet.
