Love your blocks, Reba.

Janice, the Bear Branch quilt is a great accomplishment. And beautiful! So many small units... I think what has helped me make her small units is that I always do them scrappy. Then it doesn't seem like doing the same thing over and over. I've made probably 6 of her quilts, but only have one here now. I've given the rest away! The one I kept is Grand Illusions, the one everyone hated at the reveal, LOL.

We wrapped up our guild's year today with a big potluck. We won't meet again until January. It was fun and the show and tell was amazing today.

Love all of your starry blocks, Hav! They are wonderful.

Hav, aren't you having some surgery in the morning? You better get some rest, kiddo! Will be praying all goes well tomorrow and your recovery is quick too.

SBG, the scrappiness of BH’s quilts keeps me coming back. TG, even though the blocks are the same star, there are no exact duplicates. I was working with a lot of brown scraps and candy squares and some new turquoises. That keeps it interesting. Thanks to the chatter about Bear Branch, I finally ordered a wide backing for it and I’ve got a call into a new LA. She’s in SC but comes up here twice a month to pickup and deliver quilts. She’s highly recommended. I hope it’s true bc BB is my favorite top ever.

Hav, love my new block! Thank you. Take care of yourself. You’ll be in my thoughts today. Hugs.

HAV sending thoughts and prayers. Your blocks are awesome, love mine. I don’t know how you can turn out so many paper pieced blocks. I love to make them but they are a labor of love and time

SBG, it'll be a while before I get it back but I'll post it when I do.

All pix are in the gallery - I believe. Anyone spotting an error, let me know. From the looks of the gallery, it seems a lot of us are are done or approaching it. One package is currently in transit to me. Remember, blocks are due in my hands about one month now, Tuesday, November 28. Please keep that date in mind. Thank you.

Good evening ladies. I just browsed through the album for some good eye candy tonight. Beautiful blocks and such fun fabric! Thanks for the distraction tonight. Keep up the awesome work.
