That’s odd, Lstew. You’ve got plenty of time yet to mail.

Hi all! Yes I am still working on the blocks. Sorry I haven't posted. Guess I got caught up reading and looking at all the eye candy.
cheers!

Lstew,
USPS has closed several smaller offices. Maybe your local office is one of them? I hope not.

Sorry about your post office, Lstew. Some of them here close for an hour or so during the middle of the day, so all employees can take lunch break at the same time. I have been printing my labels at home for years... first at USPS.com, and now I use PirateShip.com . All you need to do this is a postal scale and a printer. Then you can leave the labeled packages in your home mailbox for pick up, or drop them at the P.O. at your convenience. It's so much easier than trips to the P.O. and waiting in a line once you get there.

Sew funny. I love it. I did not get any gossip fabric but I love seeing what everybody did with it.

Good morning boomers! I'm having my second knee replaced a week from today. I know it will take awhile to get back to sewing. I want to show you all the 2 quilts from this and last swap so it will be awhile but I'll certainly post them. My first one is on my design wall. Thanks for all the gorgeous blocks. I can't wait to sew them up!!
Off to DC for my grandson's 2nd birthday. Have a great weekend!
