There may be a small difference in the "puff" factor (and that will probably be hard to tell after an additional wash or two), but yes you can! I think you can figure out an easy extra set of swirls to fit in with what you've already done.
When I was learning long arm quilting I took more than one yarn tied quilt from the thrift store, removed the yarn while keeping the edges finished/with binding and practiced. I only did a couple of "utility quilts without enough quilting". They came out fine and worked great for warmth while we had the quilting eating dog...

Did you quilt it on a longarm or a domestic machine?
If you quilted it on a domestic machine - perhaps, if possible, hoop it before quilting it to maybe minimize puckers and/or pleats on the back?
I really do not know, because I have not done that much quilting, other than stitch in the ditch and straight line quilting.

Thank you all for your replies. I quilted a simple curvy line with loops across the quilt, with a loop in each empty space. It took a while but now I will rehash to get markings out and some of the first markings that didn’t come out with first wash.next time I will plan my quilting design better! I don’t do a lot of free motion and definitely need a lot of practice!
