How about mid morning or early afternoon, I don't know how that time is for people over the big ocean.

So we all open together and share quickly on the board? Post photos if we can?

We usually try for a time that is good for everyone. Afternoon works for most people.

When opening, try to take photo and post.
Remember to send your person a Thank You for what you received.

You are busy roseirish. I'm working on an Anzac wall hanging for my grandson. And making Christmas cakes etc for others. I still have a couple of parcels to post but they are local ie in Australia.

My parcel interactions are now complete. The package I sent has been received and I have received a package from afar. It's pretty banged up but I don't hear anything rattling. Now to be patient!

I'm good with whenever for opening.

I'm still hoping I'll be able to get the second box with my partner's most wanted item and a handmade item to them by opening day, but it will get there.

I am down with a really nasty bug for almost a week now - off work till Friday (working at home part time), all holiday events canceled till next week I haven't been this sick for years. Not sure if it is RSV, or something stacked up on top of a sinus infection. But got stronger meds so should be back on my feet soon.

No mail at all for me today.. I'd like to share with you all Aussie jingle bells. Same tune but lyrics by Colin Buchanan 3 verses and chorus

dashing through the bush, in a rusty Holden Ute
Kicking up the dust, pesky in the boot
Kelpie by my sjde, singing Christmas songs,
it's summer time and I am in my singlet, shorts and thongs

Chorus
jingle bells jingle bells jingle all the way
Christmas in Australia on a scorching summer's day.hey
jingle bells jingle bells Christmas time is beaut
Oh what fun it is to ride in a rusty Holden Ute

Engines getting hot. We dodge the kangaroos
The swaggy climbs aboard, he is welcome too
All the family is there sitting by the pool
Christmas day,the Aussie way, by the barbeque

Come the afternoon, grandpa ha a doze
The kids and uncle Bruce are swimming in their clothes
the time comes round to go, we take a family snap
And pack the car and all shoot through, before the washing up
