Default Tangerine Marmalade Recipe

I'm going to try this recipe today. I have a couple of bags of Cuties that I need to use up. This recipe is interesting because it calls for vanilla and ginger.

Anyone have any other marmalade recipes?

Looks good, but I'm in Canada and that certain kind of pectin is $19.95/oz on Amazon...any other ideas?

Ouch! No, I don't now what else to use. Perhaps try a pectin that's for low sugar. Also, you might need to add some calcium water.

My marmalade came out just OK. It set up nicely, but it lacks a strong, tangerine flavor. I think it's the fruit that I used. I still have some fresh cranberries from Christmas. I may empty my jars of marmalade and add the cranberries, along with a little more sugar and pectin. It's a big experiment from here on out.
