Medical insurance plans won't pay for the CT until after the cheaper xray procedure is done. I tore my rotator cuff tendon. Xray and physical therapy had to be gone through before they (insurance company) would allow an MRI to figure out why I was still in pain.

So how goes this month's caveman challenge? Is it easier or harder than the tidbit round for you?

Caveman sure wastes a lot of fabric!
So far, I have made it, ripped it out and remade it (using the same bits of fabrics) and am working on the 3rd iteration. Must finish & mail...quickly!
...aargh
but
it's snowing again.....so pretty!

Lol, Charm snowing? First day back at the pool for me! 😎
Happy to hear about your mom. And Inex is right, it’s all about the insurance. On that note got a call today saying after much work or fighting my nephew was able to get a medication approved for his wife today! ❤️. Not a cure but at least it’s part of her best shot. Which of course the insurance company wasn’t going to cover.
I can see how Caveman style could use up a ton more fabric! I got lucky doing it this month as the piece I was working on kind of dictated that his dancing squares be used. I had never done them before but like to caveman curves.
believe only one more month before the reveal! The hardest part will be not opening the final package until we’re all together! I’m sure I will be able to make whatever day you ladies pick.

Caveman is giving me fits! I have a very traditional piece to add a very non-traditional "modern" element. And since the piece has grown, the size of the addition may (will) stick out like a sore thumb. There's no hiding places anymore. Slicing, dicing and rearranging is out the window at this stage of the game.

Joyce,
I ran into the same problem. Dancing squares although not traditional at least gives the semblance of a traditional feel. Don’t overthink it, I bet it will add a bit of whimsy. Plus the chart tells me that you are working on mine 😊; I am going to love whatever you do, I promise 😘

I am waiting to see what the "sheet" says before I decide how to caveman the flimsy I will receiving. I suspect I will prepare what I am going to add onto flimsy and then do a caveman slice and dice before it is added on. Or maybe just a tiny piece of it will be sliced and diced so it is easy to remove as needed. I kind of like the idea of appliquing over it if it doesn't look right as it gets passed around.

Hi Everyone,
I am just finishing up the last of the embroidered labels. While I remembered what colors people said way back when, I never actually wrote down what color went with each person! So after much trial and error I now have them done but no clue who to mail what🤣. Except Juana’s because I didn’t use her favorite color, I went with Mardi Gras.
So, if you would be so kind to let me know yet again what color you like. Hopefully I made it correctly.
I can redo any or all 🤷🏻♀️. Cuz yup I am a space shot
