Smile Help please...lost my electric cord to my machine..

We painted my sewing room and when packing up the room, I have misplaced the electric power cord.
I have a Baby lock Spirit embroidery machine. I've looked for 2 days and think its time to order a new cord.

Has anyone had to order a new power cord to your machine? If so, what do you recommend?
Thanks in advance for your help.

I’ve ordered many parts for many different machine from Sewingpartsonline.com. As soon as you order a new cord, the old one will show up. LOL

You know as soon as you order it you'll find it. That's what happens to me usually.🤣🤣🤣

Yes, I have ordered extra cords for my machines. I keep one packed in the rolling bag for class. A colorful cord wrap helps identify mine when we are plugging in for classes.

The BL/Brother cords have been the same design between machines. They are available at the local dealer or on line dealers.

I found that a cord for my Brother will fit a Janome and Babylock. Maybe not all models but they interchange for the models I have.

Thank you to one and all who replied. I appreciate your input! It made me feel better reading your advice.

I had to laugh at the reply about the cord showing up as soon as I order a new one. I will check out Amazon, Ebay and sewingpartsonline.com. I also have a local quilt shop that I will call to see what price they charge for the cord.
Thanks for the tip to put a colorful cord wrap on the new one!

I went to my local quilt shop that sells Babylock machines and purchased a new cord.
Thanks everyone for your replies. Now I don't plan to ever ever lose a cord again....I am going to label it as suggested.
