    Good morning,

Sorry for missing in action. We have so much going on in our family that I was not anticipating.

The first package has been delivered. I am waiting on a few items and then mine will post.

M-fay, I recently had to ship something rare and heavy to an island for work. My customer is US government. They come back to me to ask, “why was the shipping more than the item?” I was scratching my head like, “because that’s how much shipping costs? Have you really never paid more to ship something than the value of the contents? I sure have!” Hahaha.

Ok mfay...are you trying to make the rest of us look bad!!?? I saw your post and thought I had let the "mail by" date slip up on me again. The entire year has flown by in my opinion, so it very well could be mid November on my calendar. LOL

But, you evidently are just a very organized swapper.

    I'm still shopping...but I have started....

    Happy sewing all!

Not really organised at all. But I'm going over east for Christmas with my daughter and I want to leave my place " summer ready" garden mulched and water trickle working. And my secret person was pretty easy to shop for. I hope she likes it all though.

    Good Morning,
My rural postal carrier just picked up my package. I do have the tracking number.

    Have a Terrific Thursday!

All in the same day! I posted my parcel to my recipient and picked up my santa parcel. It was a santa swap at the post office. I am now hoping my package makes it across the border before Canada Post goes on strike (if they do, that is). They can at any time but even if they do I suspect it won't be prolonged because of the season.

You shippers are on the ball!

Here's a question for everyone. There were questions on the list regarding chocolate. There are so many kinds of chocolate! Who loves all kinds? Who prefers dark chocolate? Who prefers white chocolate? Who prefers only milk chocolate?

I love all chocolate but white chocolate. I have one granddaughter who cannot get enough white chocolate and doesn't like any of the real chocolate unless it is hot chocolate. Even then, I think she just likes the melted marshmellow because she rarely drinks all the hot chocolate. She doesn't even eat brownies! She didn't inherit any of that from me!

Speaking of marshmellows, have you all seen the jumbo marshmellows? All you need is one and it fills half your coffee mug!

I am making myself hungry... time to go bake! Have a great day everyone.

I love chocolate too Ibex....dark or milk with nuts in it. Don't like white chocolate though or chocolate drinks.
