ditto to the others ... photo of the block? name of the block? link to the block?
Otherwise, you could draw it up on graph paper.
Draw the block the way it will look after the seams are sewn.
IOW how it will look once sewn into the quilt.
You then have the measurement of each piece ... minus the seam allowances.
Add 1/4" for the seam allowance all around, and you have your piece size.
Eg. if on the graph paper, it measures as 2" x 4"
the cut size will be ... 1/4" + 2 + 1/4" x 1/4" + 4 + 1/4" = 2-1/2" x 4-1/2"

I second the graph paper suggestion. I've enlarged and reduced blocks easily using graph paper. One you've graphed it out, all you have to do is count the squares, add seam allowances and you're there.
