Default It now has a border

This was a pattern by Villa Rosa called Honey Buns (more for the shape of the main blocks) and when I posted it last it did not have a border. With many web sites having great end of year clearance sales I found this blue daisy print that works for the various shades of blue in the quilt. The border print is "Between the Pages" by Fran Gulick of cotton and Joy for Riley Blake. Now to get it quilted!

Don't you love it when you can find the perfect fabric? It was a great solution and a pretty blue quilt. A keeper for YOU?!

    Perfect!
Hope you are using the same print for the backing too.

With the addition of the new borders the blocks remind me of petals. Isn't it funny how a border changes the perspective of a quilt? This is a very pretty quilt. Is it yours to keep?

RedGarnet222...I actually haven't decided on that yet. Blue is my favorite color, but I already have a blue quilt. I'm simply trying to use up some of what I already have (blocks) but thought it looked naked without the border.

The addition of the border fabric sure made it more interesting! Love the finished look.
