I downloaded the patterns and will get them done as soon as I've finished quilting the top I have on the frame. I'm doing the smaller size but think I'm going to make both of these this month. Then I'll pick and choose from here on.

I found some time today to sew after I cleaned a bit, and got block# 4 done. I know there are more pieces than #3 but it was simpler layout for my brain to handle today. Basically HST's, squares, and only 4 QST's. I'm happy with the out come. maybe latter in the week I can do #3. I'm continuing with my blue and black theme.

Nice block Dedemac! I agree that #4 seemed easier than the #3, but anything that is square in a square is like that for me.

Here are mine for this month. I'm really enjoying this BOM.

Dedemac and Cathy -- lovely blocks. I have #4 cut out but not yet sewn. Cathy, I really like the way you are incorporating your border fabrics into the blocks.

I made the February blocks yesterday. Both were fun!

I am always trying to finish my quilt before the end of the year. This year I'm thinking of quilting it as I go, maybe by adding sashing to the right and bottom of each block. Is anyone else thinking of doing this?
