    I am sharing my notes. Maybe they will help someone.

    Jeans Bag

    • Cut off legs-cut open along the seam
    • Remove waistband
    • Cut into 4 pocket parts
    • Stay stitch as needed
    • Trim to 19cm squares
    • RST, sew pairs; topstitch on seam
    • 36cm x 6cm-two to add to top edge
    • 16cm diameter tops; 6cm diameter bottoms to round corners
    • 7.5cm-measure down from top edge-notch edges
    • Fuse batting to each back
    • Top stitch seam along top edge
    • Cut 2 pieces for lining that match
    • Lining Pockets:32cm x 17cm
    • Hem one edge, press other 3 edges, clip corners
    • Fold and press both linings and pockets to find center-line up
    • Line up 7cm from top edge in center-pin in place
    • Double stitch around edges and one down middle
    • Lining on top of fused batting-RS up-clip in place-stitch around edge-Front and Back
    • Handles: two pieces: 35cm x 10cm
    • Press under long edges 1cm, then fold in half and press; topstitch all sides
    • Mark 6cm from each end
    • Fold and Topstitch along open edge, stopping at 6cm marks
    • On front piece, mark 10cm to leave space between handles’ edge
    • Line handle’s flat end(seam up) at upper edge and stitch across to secure
    • Repeat on back piece
    • 33cm x 10cm: two jeans with two fusible battings attached; two linings
    • Join each pair(one batting/jean piece and one lining piece) along short end-press open-topstitch seam—Save both until zipper is completed
    • Zipper Tab
    • 44cm x 5cm: two jeans with two fusible battings attached; two linings
    • RST -jeans and zipper-clip one edge
    • Add lining piece into clipped area-stitch all 3 layers with zipper foot
    • Press pieces backs together and clip-topstitch all around
    • Repeat for other side
    • 4cm x 6cm: 2 tabs for D-rings-Fold long edges to center-topstitch
    • Fold over D-ring and stitch across opening
    • Line up edges at ends of zipper-stitch to secure
    • Partially Open Zipper- Right side up and sewn RST
    • short edges together, clip zipper piece and jeans/batting piece at each end, RST
    • Flip over to add lining piece to lining side of zipper RST-stitch through all layers at each clipped end
    • Press and topstitch section that is NOT zipper part
    • RST attach 2” binding to both edges of lining side
    • Attach to front section-sew down binding
    • Repeat for back section

    Yes, thank you for typing that all out for us. I haven't had the chance to watch the video or read through your post completely yet but I will soon. It looks like it will be easy to follow your notes. I really need a new bag with enough pockets to separate items in the bag. I hate to have to dig for stuff!

    Thanks! Funny story. My sister put on a few pounds, and I offered her a pair of size 18W that still had the price tags attached. I asked how they fit because I found 4 pair in closet with tags still. ( Bought pants on sale in summer, too big by winter-yea). She insisted that they were children's size because they were too small!
    I really hate to cut up Gloria Vanderbilt jeans that are brand new. -But the bag I made looked so crisp.

    What I like about the construction of this bag is the ease of adding the binding. It is similar to the By Annie bag, except the binding is first attached to the strip between the front and back sections. Finishing is easier, IMHO.
