Default ? Interfacing for baby clothes memory quilt

I am making my first memory quilt from baby clothes, and probably just making them into 5" squares to sew together. I've gotten mixed suggestions on what type of interfacing to use. Some say French fuse and others recommend Pellon SF101. Can anyone with experience guide me? Thanks.

I would use a light ticot fusible. They tend to leave the fabric with a nice hand. I'm not a Pellon fan since my clothing construction days. I had problems with pellon shredding after a lot of washings. I have never had the tricot fusibles shred. French fuse is a light weight tricot fusible if I remember correctly.
