Default Halloween

This is for Michelle. This is my Third attempt but the first two were just chaos with a capital C. After arguing with self I decided I needed to make a candy corn block! I’m not even halfway done and I’m already making stuff up! I hope it fits in your plan.

Boot, Boo! but I imagine it is better than the old plaster casts from days of yore. At least it is not your peddle foot! Tee-Hee-Hee!. I am thinking that it may be difficult to keep your foot up while sitting in front of your machine. You will figure it out!

Ohhh...that's cute GramE. I like it!! Thanks. And I'm sure your first attempts were awesome too!

Love the bats peeking out in your block for me Hav4boys!

Terriamn...your blocks are great too! That's a neat design, with the small little band of pumpkins connecting the big ones.

I meant to tell those of you that have the big pumpkins if you need to chop them up, that's ok. I did send a little extra of that fabric in case you wanted to fussy cut though...

Default for Janice

I haven't had much time for sewing this past weekend or week yet... But I did manage to finish a block for Janice.

Ironically, this simple star block gave me a hard time trying to get the seams to match. There is still one row that didn't quite fit together like I wanted, but I gave up after 3 attempts at sewing it... Hope it's still acceptable.

Terriamn, I'm putting your Halloween blocks in the gallery. Please make sure I've put the blocks with the correct person. Thanks!

Hav, I'm sorry to hear about your foot. I'm amazed you are already sewing but I suppose you use your right foot for sewing? What is your anticipated recovery time?

Hav4, so sorry to read about your broken foot, ouch! Hope that doesn't complicate the other problems you have been having. Great blocks you have made.

A few blocks today for, Hav4, Michelle, LogCabin and GramE.

Michelle is making out like a bandit today! So many cute halloween blocks.
Also nice blocks for Mariposa and Janice. Well done, ladies.

Hav, sorry you broke your foot! This is definitely Bubble Suit Season. Hope you heal up fast.

Terri, no therapy needed for my elbow beyond the exercises they gave me to take home.
