Terriamn - that block is from the 5500 Quilt Block Designs by Maggie Malone. That is my main reference book.

It's block 1745 and is referenced as Memory Block, LAC and Album, MD. LAC is Ladies Art Company and MD is Mrs. Danners. I believe the last two are the publications or creator if that was known. The author states that the oldest catalog she has is an LAC from 1892. This book has no directions, so when I find something I like, I draw it up and EQ8 and use that for cutting measurements.

We survived the night and it was a grand time! I wouldn't mind having the girls over once a month for the night and give the parents a break.

There are zillions of blocks to put in the gallery. I'll get to it later today.

Great news Janice so glad everyone had a great time.

Had time for one more before the sewing room was once again converted to guest room.

Here is one for Janice. A little issue with cutting and had to order some more fabric, but love the way it came out.
