Baby Mia Jayde is such a beauty! What a joy to see this little one. Congrats again, Terri!
Love your two new blocks, too.
Janice, hope you are feeling better. The pollen is really coming on here, too. I hate pollen season! What a mess.
GramE, happiness and joy that your implant is scheduled. Relief lies ahead!
Cheese, I can't believe we have lost Donna Jordan! I didn't know she was sick. Do you know why she died? This is very sad news. I always considered her a young woman.

Good morning, Stars. We’re going to hit the low 70s today so Ernie and I might get a nice walk in later. He loves his two daily walks. So energetic for an old man! Our neighbor has a new puppy, a mini-poodle, and she’s only just over a pound and a half. Ernie looks like a giant in comparison.
Hav, love your beautiful new block for Macybaby and how your green really pulls out the green in the print.
I read that Donna Jordan had been battling an illness but that in the last few months it became “acute”. Only recently had I discovered her. So very sad.
I started meandering my Giant swoon but less than 2 minutes in it got hung up and when it let go, one giant stitch! I stopped and will have to fix that in the afternoon sunlight. Ugh. Not an auspicious start.
Only a handful of days to my knee surgery. Getting a little nervous of the recovery. I hope it’s quick. Being arthroscopic it’s minimally invasive so I’ve got a good chance of getting through it fairly easily.
Enjoy your day!

Good morning, Stars! More lovely blocks being made! I feel bad I've been going at a snails pace, but I did get one block made up for SBG. Fingers crossed I can make another one this afternoon!
I did a control burn of my garden patch last week (or was it two weeks ago now?!) and this morning I covered it with plastic to solarize the weeds and kill them off. Even after burning the ground, the weeds sprung up overnight! I guess that means I have really rich soil, lol!

Terri, that baby is precious. Those cheeks!!!
Matt Jordan said she was sick for quite awhile but then it got much worse the last couple of months. I adored Donna. She was my favorite instructor on Youtube. So bummed.
