Good morning, Stars. Well, I went outside with Ernie a bit ago and realized I smelled fire and saw smoke hazing the moon. I hope someone isn’t nutty enough to be burning in this dry and windy weather, not to mention in the dark. We do have a fire about 13 miles from us so it could be that. Not a good feeling.

Today is a grocery run and then I’ll see how much further I can get with quilting Swoon. I’m about a third done and it’s going much more smoothly. Dare I say I was having fun quilting it once my rhythm kicked in? That’s a new experience.

I was rooting through my stash last night looking for some I Spy pieces and some Christmas fabrics to plan my next 2 blocks. I hope to have some time tomorrow to sew. *fingers crossed*
