@Crispy_Frog If you end up in the Houston, TX area give me a holler! Especially if you’re in the Sugar Land / Stafford / Missouri City area (Southwest side of town). I hail from round-about those parts!

Happy Birthday, NZquilter! I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day. It’s sweet that you had the children share in your candy packages!

I forgot to mention that I dropped my two envelopes in the mail box last evening, so they should have started their journey to the April birthday celebrations.

Hey, you all, are you working on something to show us for 2.5 Day? I am just about bursting! I finished the top of 2022 birthday squares about 30 minutes ago. I started it in 2023 and today the top is ready for pressing layering and quilting. Hope I can finish those tasks in less than 3 years! Tee Hee Hee. Fingers crossed that it will be less than 3 weeks. Pictures on 2.5 Day.

I have now mailed both of my envelopes for the April birthdays.

Nelco’s was mailed on Friday, March 21, and Logcabin’s was mailed on Saturday, March 22, from two different post offices. Safe travels, candy!!

FYI, The address for Logcabin82 is correct but her first name ends with "e", not "ie". My apologies and I am sure the envelopes already sent will be delivered with ease.

    Happy weekend quilting everyone.

Hello everyone, First....Happy belated Birthday to anyone that it applies to!!!!!!
Well the Cinderella Musical dresses are done. The transformation dress nearly kicked my butt......so many things to think about....plus parts upside down, inside out.......Anyway my youngest daughter (aka Cinderella) and her director are thrilled with everything and I am going to try to figure out a way to post videos and pics online and will share a link so you wonderful people can see what has consumed my life (as well as my Father having back to back surgeries) for the last 3 months. The production is April 4 and 5th.

The hand piecing of my 2024 Birthday Candy's took a backseat to the 3 Cinderella dresses, plus 2 cast dresses, so I most likely won't have anything for the 25th.

I do have a question for everyone. Does anyone know of a good Foundation Paper Piecing cowboy/cowgirl style boot pattern? I have a 2nd cousin who is expecting in May, and well we all know how those things go. I would prefer FPP only bc I find them quick and precise without having to worry as much about seams lining up etc to make sharp corners. If anyone does know of such a pattern, please let me know.

I will be mailing out the April envelopes on Monday. They are all set to be mailed. Best to all---H
