Sewbiz I would have freaked out the doctor not being an old pro at needle biopsy’s.

I am putting my fear's aside and going to chiropractor this morning. Back hasn’t improved so I will mention the golden word to him numerous times “ GENTLE”

Janice sorry it’s a bad knee day especially not knowing what set it off.

GramE were you able to visit your great granddaughter ?

Have you been to see yours yet, Terri?

Yes I was and Elouise was delightful. She is a sleeper so far, but we all know that will change. My grandson would say she’s a pooper. She’s had a lot of explosions to introduce him to the trenches of fatherhood. Last I heard he was winning in the poopiest diaper contest. It took four to get her into a clean one! And I was listening to try and hear what kind of nickname they might be using. We all suspected Elly, but came away with Louie. My daughter in law is the happiest I’ve ever seen her. She’s going to excel at being the second GramE.

Janice, how’s the weather in your area. Maybe your surgery left you with the art of forecasting. Not one I prefer but it’s definitely real a true pain in the whatever. It is said that it occurs when the barometer is changing which usually happens before the storm gets there. I hope it’s something you can work out in therapy.

GramE beautiful block for LogCabin

No we haven’t met Mia yet, they live in Pensacola Florida. No idea when we will get to see her. So sad but they are happy and that’s what counts.

Chiropractor was gentle and I can feel a little difference this morning. Heading back there in an hour.

Sun is shining today and I am thinking of you all going about your everyday tasks. Log Cabin I hope you are feeling much better and work wasn’t to hard on you.

I used to go to the Chiropractor when I was just starting nursing, because my back would get hurt lifting patients, but then I stopped because it felt like the chiropractor was going to shoot my guts out on the floor!

Terri, great that your chiro visit helped you. Hope your return visit is even better.

Today I'm going to a baby shower for the grandbaby of one of my closest friends. They wanted children's books instead of cards, so I made them a baby quilt from a panel of the book "Guess How Much I Love You", and then found the book to give with it.
Forgot to take a picture of it...

After days of rain, the sun is finally out and it's a beautiful day!

LogCabin I can relate, I am so rigid because I’m nervous and scared that it takes a bit just to calm me down.
