Beautiful blocks. Yay on your finish

Happy cruse, happy dusting, happy walking and block making and enjoying the outdoors and bush trimming and packing up blocks for the push out next week. Looking forward to playing them.

I have made 36 of the fish in just a few days. Amazing. Here is the pattern I am using but since this quilt is for an 18 year old feller, I am making it bigger. The directions are a little sketchy but the pictures make it all possible. What is nice is that you make two fish at a time. https://maryquilts.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/fish-instruction-sheet.pdf

Sweet dreams everyone.

Cool Quilt pattern

That is just wrong.

I will be looking out for the August post. Already have the fabric picked out.

GramE’s package came in! BOOM shipping will definitely be Monday as I’ve just finished all the packages. DH and I will take them to the local post office after my PT. Woo hoo! You’ll get your tracking numbers on Monday.

I’ve looked at some gorgeous blocks in the last few weeks. Hope you’ll all enjoy your blocks. Thank you everyone for the beautiful blocks you made for me.

Have a good evening.

That photo reminded me of my friend. She went riding on the motorcycle and they stopped in a little town to browse. She wondered why she was getting dirty looks until she looked in window. She had peach colored shorts on under the pants. Needless to say she grabbed her DH jacket!

Looking forward to seeing everyone’s finished tops!
Thank you Janice

Thank you Janice for all your work, even in the chaos of late and finally received pkgs! It’s worth all the effort to have spent some great time with you all. I enjoyed myself thoroughly! Confession, I might have already bought fabric….."

Well, I saw the thread synopsis for the day in my email, but had to log in to see the pic Teriamn posted. Let’s just say I had some pics in my head, but they didn’t come close to that! Yikes! You’d think her travel companion would have said something…

Thank you all for being so nice and supportive through my first BOOM! I definitely plan to keep an eye out for the August invitation…

Well this has become a tradition for me...... My favorite May 4th photo, Darth Cat. The second one is of my grandtwins dressed as Luke and Leia for Halloween. Their father was Darth and at 6'6" he was quite an imposing trick-or-treater. The next year they dressed the same but added little brother as an Ewok. Can't find that photo but it will show up some day when I least expect it.

Enjoy your May 4th aka Star Wars Day any way you wish.
