Yea, all. So many arrivals even over this busy casual friends and family weekend. I spent the greater part of the day making little wonky stars for my current 2.5 project. Then I made a quick trip to Shipshewana to pick up additional fabric for a current quilt project that am working on. The pattern did not provide how much fabric was needed for any size quilt. You need to make an educated guess. I missed by a half yard for the top and needed a backing. All in hand and ready to go.

Hey, hey, hey tomorrow is 2.5 Day! Snap a picture or post a few words about how you are using 2.5" squares.

    Default Thank you!

I decided to slow roll out my candy envelopes and give some time for the last few to arrive!

Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes!

I expected to have made more today but.... not so. Perhaps this evening. Here are my Wonky Star blocks to date in no particular order, About 10 more sets made and plan on about 20 beyond that. At that point I will re-evaluate my plan and see if I want to go larger or to just finish at baby size.

Post your 2.5 activity even it it is past the 25th. We all understand that this can be a busy festive weekend.

    Thanks for the list Crispy_Frog!

WMUTeach, love the wonky stars and all the varied colors. It’s going to be beautifully cheery!

I had nothing to show yesterday but I hope to have something next month.

A tiny (and late) 2.5" share from one of your lurkers - I had "rescued" some 9P blocks from the free table at a guild meeting and ended up cannibalizing them to make a couple of placemats (there are actually two of the dark-centred ones, but only one pictured). patchy placemats

Full post is in Fabric Moratorium. :-)
