Sewbiz and Anna thank you for your feedback. The more info the better. Hoping the doctor is open to alternatives if not I will have to look for another one. Going to read about Cymbalta

Met my beautiful great granddaughter Mia today and here is a 4 generation picture. Mia and her Mom, my daughter Dawn and me. Dawn was born with a head full of dark hair like her father and her daughter and granddaughter have the same gorgeous hair. The rest of the crew inherited my dirty dishwater blonde hair.

Terri, I recently found out about a test that you can have called GeneSight that determines which medications work best for you. It eliminates a lot of "trial and error". I'm going to look into it. I think it's just a blood test but gives good information.

What a beautiful picture and what a blessing to have all generations together. Thank you for posting.

SusieQ did a Quick Look at the GeneSite and will be asking my clinician what she thinks. Thx.

Terrible heat here like most of the Midwest but bearable with the cloud cover. We have our last graduation party today and it’s outdoors. Really would like to visit with his family but if it is unbearable there we won’t stay long.

For those of you living in even hotter area of the country sending you cooler hugs

Good afternoon. It’s our night with the grands so we’re preparing a few foods they like and setting up a movie their parents ok’d them to watch.

Terriamn, it’s a fabulous picture of your four generations! Absolutely the best thing I’ve seen all day. What a beautiful group! Mia is adorable. Glad you finally got to meet her.

The weather here is about to get miserable.Thank goodness for air conditioning!

Terri, love your pic of the 4 generations! Also love your hair. The color is beautiful and enhanced by the white spreading into it. Nothing dirty or dishwater about it! And what a healthy big baby Mia is. Such a doll!

Our grands and kids and son are all here from Memphis. So glad I bought the gks a little blow up pool to cool off in. The heat has been miserable and the little pool is their relief. We were going to do a lot of outside stuff here, like begin the tree cleanup/cutup, but it's dangerously hot so we decided to put off those plans until later in the year. Just hanging out here and may visit the Children's Museum in town later.

The kids have had a blast riding Grandpa's tractor with him, and also the riding lawnmower. They woke up this morning asking to ride the tractor. Grandpa is a hero.

Stay cool! And enjoy your weekend.

Sewbiz we were just talking about how wonderful to have the experience of driving a tractor or lawnmower. Living where I was brought up I never had those opportunities and when it came time to drive I knew nothing and was scared to death. It really did scare me, I was. 27 before becoming a licensed driver. Glad you decided to wait on taking care of the tree Debi’s until cooler weather arrives. My hair has been grey for a long time, I usually highlight it twice a year, naturally it seems my highlights are a dingy yellow and that is not a redeeming factor to me

Janet enjoy your grands. They grow up so fast.

We went to last graduation party and the timing was perfect we were able to meet up with hubby’s 2 sisters. Personally I think his oldest sister could be a model on how to age beautifully. She is 80 years old, has extremely few wrinkles, her hair never has even one hair out of place. She has a soft lovely laugh and eyes that twinkle. I think she is very comfortable on who she is and carries that with her wherever she goes. And she tells me the best stories about hubby as she was 18 when he was born!

Catching up with you all. Seems I am right at home here. Had my upper GI and Colonoscopy yesterday. All well until I woke and could not catch my breath and then started shaking uncontrollably. Finally was able to say need quiet and dim lights. Took me two hours to be able to get up and out. Perhaps it’s time for me to start seeking more help.
This aging thing is not so fun.
Today the temps finally broke so enjoyed the time at dog park.
Haven’t been sewing, taking a break doing my quilling. I meet with others each week to ooh and ahh and exchange tricks. Just something different - until I can make blocks!!
Terriamn such a great photo. Love how you are all lined up!

TG sounds like a frightening experience with the shaking, glad you are ok!

It was too hot to be outside at the lake and we decided just to head home. The heat should break this evening but it showed rain in the forecast for every day next week. Yikes.

Tomorrow we will make the 3 hour round trip into the city so hubby can pick up a 24 hour blood pressure monitoring kit. If plans work out when we need to return it the next day we will add a couple more hours of driving time to go visit my dd so gramps can meet baby Mia.
