Welcome to the board, this place is great, lots of feedback.

I'm also in Prior Lake. Maybe we should get our own stitching group going with others who live south of the river?

I never did an ornament exchange. Did a Dear Jane block exchange years ago. The assigned colors were for Christmas red, green, and gold. (If I remember correctly)

I went to two meetings a few years apart and didn't really feel welcomed. I tie quilts with the lady's at Sheppard of the Lake, and do quilt testing for Spool and Bobbin Quilting. I'm fine quilting on my own and share things with the Quilting Board. Do you belong to PL Quilters?

Yes I belong, but also feel like somewhat of an outsider. I knew two people before, but haven’t really made new friends. I love to see all their creations, however. There are quite a few very talented people. It would be fun to see together some time.
