Hi all! It's been a wet week here with daily thunderstorms and only patches of clear sky. Makes me think we're in Florida, not Alabama.

Love all the fabric and blocks! Such wonderful pictures! WMUTeach, the Harrisburg quilt is stunning! I like using white for backgrounds but my dogs make everything so dirty that I have switched to grey or brown. Two dogs, each one 80 pounds of love, are very hard to shift.

Janice, you should receive my fabric soon. I still haven't been able to resze the photo for the album. Sorry. Hubby's pc is having issues.

Today we plan to get the RV from the repair shop. Evidently the water heater froze on the one day we had snow. That snow was a doozzy! Seven inches of snow in 24 hours in southern Alabama in February is unheard-of.!

Can't wait to see everyone's fabric. Y'all be careful and stay well!

Funny we went to the county fair, walked through the entire event had our yearly pronto pup and I had a spring roll while hubby had fresh strawberries and ice cream. Then walked through the quilt exhibit. We were back in the car in less than an hour. 😁 I feel sorry for folks with kids, all the food and rides were so spendy. A brisket sandwich was $18.00, sure glad they are more reasonable in Texas, it’s one of the few meats I enjoy.

Nasty storms are coming our way again, this is getting to be a bit much!

In the garage I have about a 3 foot area for all my gardening supplies and can never find anything with it all piled in a heap. I can’t complain too much since hubby gave me the 2 rooms in the lower level for my sewing, BUT you can’t hang rakes etc in there. Over hubby’s grumbling we ordered a new gardening shed, nothing big but it should work out great for me. I compromised on the location of where it will be placed so we are both happy.

Stay dry and cool

Two more blocks for me. Squeezing these in while I’ve got down time.

Terriamn, I normally love HSTs but these gave me fits! lol. I’ve got one to fix.

Here’s a block SBG made. She’s still having trouble posting. Isn’t this a lovely block.

Lovely blocks Janice and SBG. The beginnings of some interesting quilts happening there.

TravelingG you got the quilt done! Congratulations! Alternative sashings are always fun and the blocks are great! Good job BOOMers!
