Little Library up, packages/envelopes on their way and 2.5 day is coming! Progress in lots of areas of our lives! We are a busy bunch of quilters who do more than.....quilt.

I finished stuffing my last envelopes and am a bit sad that my project box is nearly empty. But I have ideas for next year zipping around my head already. Yes, there will be next year. Details coming in a couple of weeks. Wink, wink!

I skipped between rain drops to my envelopes into the mailbox this morning. It has been raining for several days with some breaks in the precip every now and again. We need the rain desperately, but it would be nice to see the fall colors again before the wind blows the leaves off the trees.

Happy to have so many already posting that they have sent their envelopes off to our November birthday buddies. I sure appreciate it!

Happy 2.5 Day! Hope to see some projects. I had big hopes of having two to show you but alas, the day snuck up on me. I’ve been spending a lot of time sorting through an ill friend’s stash a bit at a time, and arranging what will be donated and what I can keep. It’s a monster of a job. I wish you all could come and take some of it off my hands! The vast majority is being donated to the local quilt guild. Under other circumstances I’d be gleeful to receive so much but her deteriorating health is the only reason she’s giving it up. It’s sad. Anyway, maybe next month I’ll have something to show.

I'm still opening my candies slowly. My birthday celebration will never end! And today I get to piece! No 2.5 to share yet. I'm glad many of you have fun things to share. Should I ever retire.....

Thank you, everyone who has contributed today. I returned from a concert trip to Detroit to find I have no internet at home. 😕 So my progress photo will have to wait until tomorrow. I have no idea how to resize a photo on my phone. 🤭 I have my 2025 Birthday Swap quilt about half quilted. On the whole....acceptable. A good wash and dry and it will be A-Ok. Back again tomorrow with a photo.
