Please add me to the 2026 Candy Swap.

This year I plan to work on my quilt using last year's and this year's candies! I'll have lots of time to lay it out! SMILE

Brenda, only three more to go! I trust they are in the mail. Won't it be fun to share our silliness and swap with your family. Tee-Hee-Hee! I am so happy that you get to celebrate your birthday at home before your procedure. You will have lots of "candy" to play with as you recover and start moving about again.

Here is our list of birthday swappers for 2026 as of today, November 5. I will post changes to the list again over the weekend.
I am so pleased that there is still continued interest in this plan of sharing piles of candies with one another.

WMUTeach, I’ve been happily cutting scraps. I’ve got an initial 8 sets ready already. That’ll get me started for 2026. Woo hoo! Happy to see others re-upping, too.

I was given a shoe box sized storage bin of 2.5 strips. Y'all can guess what I will be using next year! After a few finishes that have been laying about my sewing space, I think it may be time to press and cut those strips into squares for our next swap. I have heard tell that several swappers have already started to cut for the next swap. Yeah! Congrats on starting your collections early. Cut on and stitch.

Looks like we Floridians will need to pull out the long underwear next week! Monday, the temperature high will be 67 and the low of 40 degrees! Brrrr, this is January temperatures!

Another beautiful envelope of Candies has arrived!

    Thank you!

Brenda, Michigan is going to be under 32 degrees tonight and over the weekend we may just get our first touch of snow or cold chilly rain. Either way it is soup and hot cocoa weather for sure. No blizzards, no ice and no lasting accumulation. The ground is still too warm for the snow to stick for long, but it might be pretty as a picture for a few hours if snow arrives. I'll take it!

Only two more to go and your list will be complete!!
