Happy birthday week Pamelor from very windy AZ desert!
I was a New Year’s Eve conceive - born almost 9 months later in midst of hurricane. My dad hit us to hospital but could not stay as he was climbing electric poles!

ARGH! My name is not on anyone's list yet. What is wrong with getting things out from Texas?? They made me pay extra for the nonmachine handling. One would think it would get there....
Happy Birthday, Pamelor! My candies will get to you eventually from me. Did you open the envelopes as you got them or did you save them all for your birthday? There is no wrong way to enjoy them. I tend to save them all up and then open them.

Thank you all for birthday wishes! I had a fun day yesterday going out of town to fabric stores (only bought a couple things 
) and used book stores. I'm at 12 for the candies count:

Well, darn…I mailed pamelor’s packet the same day as pinkflowers, though from a different post office, on Jan. 2, and it seems like it hasn’t arrived. What’s a reasonable time to wait before sending a replacement? Is there a rule or guideline on that?

Quossum, If my candies haven't gotten to either bday gal by Wednesday, I am going to send out another set of candies from my new location, New Orleans. I sent mine on Jan 2, too, but neither of them have arrived. When the post office looses them, it is hard to know when they will show up. I don't like delays so get impatient and send out a second set.
