Accuquilt Studio - die lead time experiences?

Hello all. Backstory to my question: Back around thanksgiving I'd ordered several Accuquilt Studio dies while they were on sale. They claim die production lead time to ship between 15 and 20 business days. It's now been 35 and 33 days for my 2 oldest orders and still no sign of die completion nor shipping. I'd give their support a 3 on a scale of 10. I've tried phone calls, website chats, and ticket creation with back and forth via Email. It seems I'm getting 1st line call center type people answering, with no ability to actually see any detail on my orders, and I have been unsuccessful at getting anything more than "they are processing". Can't get anyone to escalate. The GO dies may not be as hard as they seem they might actually stock those (a guess, I don't know). But these Studio dies have taken way too long. Their "Sister" company (their words) that I think make the dies say their lead time is even shorter.
My question is has anyone else experienced long lead times from Accuquilt on studio dies? Anyone order any recently during the 2025 50% off sale? What are your experiences with them. I'm having a lot of buyers remorse at this point on our Studio 2 machine.
Thank you, Scott

I don't have an Accuquilt, but I'm wondering if this was an actual company for them? The reason I'm asking is that Clearwater Creek had an ad pop up in my Facebook account stating they were going out of business and selling off everything in the warehouse. I ordered 8 items, and never got them although they took my money. I've written, emailed, did everything I could think of and was told to go look in my mailbox. We live in a very rural area with no one within a half mile. The package would have been large enough to bring to our front door because it wouldn't fit in the mailbox. Then I saw on the news where foreign companies are using well known american companies and are scamming customers...advertising goods, taking money and never mailing items to us.
Hope you don't fall into this as i did.

Thanks, I wasn't aware they had live YT events, I'll investigate that. And try the FB page and groups too. Thank you for the suggestion. Appreciate that.

I ordered Qubes during the Nov sale Shipping was slow to show a tracking number. The clerk only provided that they will get to it. She wasn't real helpful. Sadly, it is not the same company with customer service.
