I got a deal on chicken leg quarters, so I'm roasting 10 of them in the oven. We will have two tonight, with pan roasted veggies. I'll shred the rest of the meat, portion out and freeze. The skin and bones are going into stock for soup over the weekend. Forecast is for really crappy, frigid, snowy weather. Definitely soup time!

Tonight I'm going for Red Shrimp Curry over noodles, or rice. If I get ambitious, I'll do a potato-leek soup for lunch. I still have a lot of lemons to make some sort of dessert, but I'll probably run out of steam before I get to them.

I made the most delicious pork tenderloin in my new kitchen gadget the Ninja Crispi Pro.
I heard about the Ninja. is it bigger than an air fryer? Easy to clean? Easy to store in cabinet? I guess I should go to the store and look at one.
