I agree Robert Duval was a great actor!

Sewbiz your retreat and the laughter is what I miss most about retreat, so glad you had a great time.

We drove through Space X yesterday. Hubby was enthralled with the huge equipment. I was to busy looking at all the Teslas. Employee must get a big discount. I counted 25 driving in and out the one road then I lost count after 50 in the company parking lot. So weird and we only see an occasional one in our part of Minnesota

I hope this pic of Party Animals loads.
This is one of my favorite quilts, ever! It’s going to my GD Millie for her 7th birthday.

Good afternoon.

Robert Duvall. Such a great actor, starting with his understated Boo Radley. Amazing talent.

SBG, love the Party Animals quilt. Glad you got the bobbin and tension problems figured out.

Ernie had his exam yesterday and we’re just waiting for the blood test results. Had some X-rays. They showed a slightly enlarged heart but without several more tests, they cannot definitively state why it’s enlarged. The rest of his chest and abdomen look perfect for 14-1/2 years old. He eats, drinks, walks and sleeps like a trooper. Unless something negative comes back on the blood tests, he’s set for at least another 6 months to a year.

Still haven’t finished my OD quilt top. Been distracted by reading these last few days. Need to get on it!

Have a good rest of your day!

Love the animal quilt Sewbiz and I’m sure Millie will also love it.

We enjoyed our mini vacation, walked along the beach, ate incredible gulf ship or fresh caught fish and enjoyed listening to the various bands that were playing in outside venues. But it’s always nice returning home to my own bed.

Unfortunately I am back to being chairperson for the pool committee and we have the pool party coming up March 2. I have been running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to organize it. Not happy at all but someone had to do it. Will be so relieved when it’s over.

This afternoon is quilting at the clubhouse hurrah!

It’s not much but it’s a flimsy! Oopsie Daisy LE is done. My Juki I use for quilting is still not working properly so OD is going in the UFO bin. Sad, but I’m glad it’s ready for quilting. Now onto something else.

I started listening to The Persian Pickle Club yesterday. It was much like spending time with old friends that I haven't seen for years. Yah, you remember some things but as you chat you get to rekindle your friendship. The another Sandra Dallas book I enjoyed is titled "Tall Grass." I discovered it when searching out Pickle Club on Libby.
