All I want to say is me too. I waste an inordinate amount of time to FB, giving myself an ulcer at the same time. And I had to completely stop Pinterest - I could never find anything I'd "pinned" anyway. And several months running, I ran over my data and got dinged for that!
I like the idea of confining time online to a certain time and having a list of chores that must be done beforehand. I shall have to try that.
