    Triple Nine Patch

    Default Triple Nine Patch
    I don't know if a "triple nine patch" is a thing, but that's what I'm calling this one. I used a partial layer cake and lots of background fabric. Size is about 72x96. Quilted loosely with a flower/leaf meander using a multicolor/variegated thread. I like how it turned out, but do not have a recipient for it yet.

    I love the gray background. I've been looking at a lot of quilts with backgrounds other than black or white and really like them. I'm thinking of making one myself!
