Hi Moon! Glad you can join us. I am more of a lurker myself, not sharing so much of what's happening with me, but I love reading about everyone and looking at the wonderful blocks. My blocks are all washed, pressed, and bagged up. This time I went with 2 fabrics. I didn't have as much of the floral as I thought, so some baggies have a fat eighth of sunflowers and a 5 inch block of mud brown while others have a 10x18 swatch of brown with a 4.5 inch block of sunflowers. Y'all have fun with them. Use the fabric however you think best. The small bits are just meant to show the colors.

Janice -my phone won't allow me to attach photos again. I'll email you the photo if you can post it for me, please. The white background looks blue in the original but I adjusted the color.

Yay, it's great to have old Boom friends return to play! I've been trying to get B'stone back for the last several booms. Glad you are joining, B'stone, and everyone else too!

I have selected and cut my fabrics... another ocean theme. I am sending batik whales and lobsters, and would like to ask for batiks to be used with them if you can. Batik white is hard to find, so a regular solid white (not TOT) would be ok too. Here is the pic, with the two fabrics on the bottom and some suggested coordinates on the top. You will get either a lobster or a whale, but not both. I think these will go great together in a single quilt!

Looks like time to dig about in my batik box. I am sure I have blue and something for white but red.....not sure. I may ask a quilty friend for a wee little bit of red. Then who knows, there may be a red buried deep in my sea of batiks.

Yeah lots of old friends joining in again.

I also didn’t have enough fabric and sending 2 fabrics for both of my sets. First is a rodeo themed block and the second fabric is cowboy hats, the second set is 15 pieces of a farm theme and the other 4 have cow theme, I will put one in of them in each row. Making do with what I have.

Good morning Boomers! So nice to catch up with you and see what everyone has been doing.

I will not be able to participate in this Boom, I am having cataract surgery in May on one eye and again in June for the other. Hopefully I will be able to join back in the next Boom. I so love this swap and enjoy making blocks for everyone.

I can't wait to see all of the pretty blocks you make for one another! SBG, that's beautiful fabric!!!
