Default 2026 - APRIL BOM (Economy Block) - Link to Directions

Wow! I just noticed it's the 1st of April already.

Lucky for me Ibex94 saved me with a timely recommendation: This looks like a useful site and this is a very versatile block.
    Thanks, Ibex94.

Thank you! If you scroll down it gives the option for a 6” and a 12” block, if you are wanting to keep to the one size block.

Goody!!! I'll probably do the block next week. I have a few projects that need my attention between now and Tuesday, so must focus on those. Hope to see pictures soon.

Economy block is one of my favorites! Yeah! Any size any time, what fun to take a tiny center into an impressive medium and then a large square of the size YOU desire. Time to jump in with both feet to start this BOM.

This youtube gives more details if you want to make a 12” block with more triangles, and how to cut for directional fabric. Too late for me as I have made mine, but interesting and thorough instructions.

I love your squiggles going away from the center! Fun fabric!
