Janice, love the puppy block, thanks. On Wednesday my tracking said it was in town and would be delivered on Thursday. It didn't come with our mail and now it says it will be delivered on Friday. Hope it isn't put off again. My son works for the post office and sometimes the trucks are so full they can't take it all. Sometimes they send out a separate truck that just delivers packages

Moon, No, A2P didn’t add a request as far as I could see. Let’s hope she sees this and replies.
edited to add that I emailed A2P for help.

. My sister gave me the fabric, She might be gifted with a new quilt.
. I remember these days. I sometimes wish she would still do my nails. Going to a shop is costly.
. The block still looks great.
I also love working with two color blocks.
. Great block, love the puppies.
. These blocks look good too. Glad you figured out the ruler.
my package arrived today. Complete with 19 little packages x2. I will get started this weekend making blocks.
Moon, love the nails. How fun.
Bismark is a 6 hour ride. We will probably drive 3 hours and stop for lunch. Then back on the road, 6 hours should be a walk in the park after the 25 hour ride from Texas. Her folks and siblings will arrive about 10 PM , we are filling in for them. Several different events starting at 4 PM on Friday. Can’t wait to see her and Bismark N.D. Have never been in that area and the only thing I know about it is it’s supposed to be flat and windy
Today’s goal was 2 blocks but when you cut or sew everything wrong it takes way much more time. I did get frustrated but just your average every day frustration not the kind to send me into a funk

Pretty block, Terriamn. Sorry you had a rough piecing day. Tomorrow will be better! I'm glad you don't have a terribly long trip to ND. As you said, it's easy compared to the ride for TX.
I'm making a block about every other day which is much more slowly than usual. Now I'm selecting f8s that I consider tougher to work with, like those with large motifs. I've got one done but haven't taken pix yet. I'll try to post it tomorrow. I'm wondering what people find difficult. I've heard some not liking two color blocks, which of course I love to make.
Hope everyone gets their packages soon.

Package delayed.....
. But the optimist in me is going to use the time to finish another quilt top using my 2.5" squares. Yea, for a day of grace to finish a project before I fall into making "Bloomer" Boomer Blocks.
