Why do I want to have an expensive machine and die do my cutting? There is some waste, and it takes up precious space when my hand works perfectly well. I bought the best templates back in the day when they were on sale and so much cheaper than todays prices, and I have very little waste involved.

I slashed my finger once with rotary cutter. Now I never ever use it without a guard or glove on. That is a big rule for me. Not worth the chance to hurt like that again.
