Those are beautiful girls!

I gotta tell you a story about steers I think you'll find funny.

I was out in Idaho for a volunteer (mission), and my companion and I were invited to attend a Rodeo with a couple. While there I was asking a gentleman questions about it when my companion jumps in and ask "What's the difference between a cow and a steer?" The man turned red, started to stutter and asked his wife to explain. I said "Obviously, we've got a delicate situation here!"

Thanks for sharing such wonderful pics, Melissa! We went in half with my Aunt and Uncle on a beef last fall. We're not doing that again. It was a lot of money up-front but cheaper in the long-run....but we aren't really big on red meat, so we sold some of it to our family at cost. We had T-bone for supper last night.
Back to the pics--those are great!! Thanks! :D

aint it funny how some men ( I said some, so no offense to any of you guys out there) can blow and go and cuss and tell dirty jokes butt ask them a question about the delicate subject of how a steer comes to become a steer and they are speachless

This is off topic about the photos, but you gals started it. My boyfriend from YEARS ago had a very hard time watching my dad and brother castrate piglets. I have to admit it wasn't the most delicate of procedures, but especially so for a city boy.

Just one reason I didn't marry that one.
