It happened about the time thread counts went through the roof. They stopped making percale-weave sheets and charged more more more for 300 - 600 count Egyptian cotton, like no one ever had a good night's sleep on 260 count percale. Don't get me started.

Beautiful quilt. I absolutely love all the georgeous batiks. It gave me some ideas on how to use my collection of batiks. Thanks for sharing.

All the compliments will give me a big head! lol. I am very pleased with it because of the bright colors, which I love and she'll be getting her brown too, which is one of her favorite decorating colors. I'll be glad when it's on her bed!
